Guidelines for REGISTRATION

Online Registration :

For online registration please click on Register Now and submit the form after filling mandatory details.

After successful submission you will be receiving payment directions by WhatsApp / Email.
You can make payment by Cheque, Direct Transfer or UPI payment.
After making payment please share the payment details to the same WhatsApp /Email address, where you have received the payment mode.
Once the conference secretariat receives the payment confirmation you will be receiving registration confirmation along with all ….and receipt of payment.


Offline Registration :

Rules :

• Registration is mandatory for all participants.
• Registration fee includes a delegate kit, participation in technical sessions, refreshments, lunch during sessions and entertainment programme and a conference banquet.
• No cancellation will be entertained after 30th August 2024.
• A processing fee of Rs. 750 will be charged for all cancellations.
• Family members of Dementia patients should send certificates from treating physicians.
• Senior citizens should submit the age proof.
• For students, bonafide certificate from head of institution required.
• Life Members of ARDSI should forward Registration forms through respective chapters or submit the Certificate of Membership.
